  • For now, we can only ship within California. We’re doing the behind-the-scenes work to open it up nationwide soon. If you’re outside CA, join the list and you’ll be first to know.

  • Most orders ship within 3–5 business days via USPS.

  • Drop orders usually start shipping Monday/Tuesday. We aim for about one drop per month, and since we’re still small, some batches go quick.

  • Do you include the roast date?
    Yep — on every bag.

  • We like it best around 5–7 days off roast.

  • Whole bean or ground?
    Both — choose at checkout.

  • Pour-over, drip, and French press.

  • Use our Contact page or DM us on Instagram.

  • Yep. We’re testing Sunday pickup (9:30–10:15am) at a public meetup spot near Anaheim Hills (no home addresses shared). If it’s available, you’ll see it at checkout.

  • Mostly OC, plus nearby areas like Corona and Chino Hills.

  • We email it after checkout, plus a reminder the day before.

  • Your order number — we’ll have it labeled and ready.

  • Choose: ship it (shipping charged) or hold for next Sunday.

  • We move fast — orders are final. If you caught something immediately, reach out ASAP and we’ll try to help.

  • Message us ASAP. If it’s already in transit/returned, we’ll help sort it out — extra shipping may apply.

  • Coffee is final sale. If anything arrives damaged or off, reach out and we’ll make it right.
